Bonjour,
Please Adobe Forum, help me?
Merci
P.S : Mon post au travail est un imac et mon ps privé est installé sur un macbook pro.
Hello
I can't open the pdf files in ps work cc. It always shows me "Cannot perform this operation because of a disk error." I know it's possible because pdf files open without problem on my cc ps private.
Please Adobe Forum, help me?
Thank you
PS: My post at work is an imac and my private ps is installed on a macbook pro.
How was the pdf created (with which application for example)?
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Can you place the pdf in a new document (File > Place Embedded)?

Hi,
Thanks for the quick answer.
I can open the pdf in ps cs6, on my co-worker Mac, in illustrator cc and in Acrobat Pro. Only on my computer it didn't work.
From your trouble-shooting instruction I have reset the preferences of ps cc and it works:) But I can't identifiy what is the exactly the problem and therefor I should entirely re-configurate my photoshop.
Any ideas of what it could more precisely be?
Thanks for the help

Unfortunately no.
As I mentioned you could try to work around the issue by placing the file instead of opening/converting it if all else fails.
