After installing the PS CC 19.0.1 update on my SP3 running Windows 8.1 my pen became unusable. Sometimes it wouldn't work at all, or it would begin a stroke and cut off, or it would create a random straight line when I tapped the screen. I tried Painter, Rebelle, Krita, and Sketchbook Pro and the pen worked normally, so the issue is definitely with the 19.0.1 update.
I reinstalled the previous 19.0 PS CC and the pen works normally again so I'm good for now, but I'm curious if anyone else has run into this issue?
