Hello,
My Photoshop froze numerous times today. I had to use task manager to close it out. Made several attempts to reopen and it wouldn't open. Shut down the computer and restarted. Opened PS and now the panel on the right side is not how I usually have it. I switched the workspace to Design and the panels are still messed up. I can't see how to adjust the vertical spacing and the other things that show on that panel. Any ideas how I can get it back to how I had it? Thanks!
Vicki

I've done the CTRL ALT SHIFT at startup and it is still showing the panels the same.

if you did not see confirmation that you were restoring your settings, that failed and you should delete the preference files.

I saw the dialogue box that asked if I wanted to delete my settings and I clicked on yes.

then, after securing your serial number:
uninstall cs5 (including the preferences) using the uninstaller
clean per Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
restart your computer
reinstall cs5 and activate with your serial number.

Which Windows... and if Windows 10, have you recently had an update?
