Cannot import into Albums or Folders

I cannot import into Albums on one of my computers.  I only get the "None", in the drop down menu.  I tells me to "create and album", when I already have Albums, and Folders created.

How do I fix this?

Can you quit Lr CC and restart your computer.

Re-launch Lr CC and try again.

If you start by selecting an album before clicking the plus icon it should show up as the selected album next to the drop-down menu, even if the full list is not shown.
