Hello Bmays,

As per the description above, you are getting an  error "Licensing has stopped working Error code 213.11" in Acrobat 11, Is that correct?

Please refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following  KB doc Resolve the licensing issue and error 213:xx for Acrobat X and Acrobat XI  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-213-19-licensing-acrobat.html

For Mac machine Error: "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

These links do not appear to work.  I have this same problem and need to get it resolved as I use Acrobat Standard X every day and can't be without it.

Hello Martendavis,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, the record shows that you have an OEM bundle of Acrobat 10, and assuming you got the Acrobat with your computer/laptop or Printer, please contact the vendor.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
