Photoshop Liquify Filter Opens Red Or Black?

My Photoshop has been like this for I don't know how long and I need to be able to use the tool, I have to fix it, thank you.

Hi braxtheo,

You may try few ways to fix this issue.

1. Uncheck the GPU from the Photoshop > Preferences > Performance tab and Restart the Photoshop

2. Reinstall Photoshop CC 2017

3. Update the Photoshop to CC 2018 version via creative cloud desktop app.
