How to open a new catalog in new Lightroom?

Hi, I'm new to the whole lightroom world. I'm trying to create a catalog so I can tether my computer to my camera but all I see when I click on "file" is this.

You're running Lightroom CC, which is the all new cloud native app. If you need tethering, the one you want is Lightroom Classic, which is the updated version of the Lightroom we've all be using for years.
