after some time my extension stop working, there is only a black window over all adobe products: kuler is black, exchange is blac. I have no idea how is it possible.

Yes it is Master collection cs6 and operating system Windows 7 64 bit.

Try this workaround to get the extensions working.

Though the Exchange panel still won't connect to the exchange, but the other panels like Kuler and Mini Bridge should work.
