size troubles :-)

Hello I can't watch the frame entirely even if I change the screen settings of my PC from 1020 x 1080 to 1200x800 (for example) and the size of text form 150% to 100% ...  🙂

How can I fix this stupid mistake ? 🙂

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates. You may also try to repair the installation files from Help>Repair installation files (only for windows).

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

• Is it an Acrobat or free desktop version of Reader installed? Check for Help>About Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• What is the dot version of Acrobat or Reader installed? Check for Help>About Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• Do you have a 4K monitor, make and model of Machine and Monitor.
