Options in 3D Dropdown Greyed Out

Hi,

I'm using the most recent update of Adobe PS CC '17. I want to use the 3D feature, but when I go to the dropdown, the all the options except for "Get More Content"
and "3D Print Utilities" are greyed out.

I've seen a lot of different posts about this, but some things haven't worked and some I don't fully understand (graphics card issues).

Can anyone provide any guidance?

First be sure your image is in RGB mode or the 3D options will be dimmed.
