Hi,

I am trying to download and install CS5 as have changed computers, but I continually get the following error when I try and install:

You Should eject the desk. "install" is on the disk image "Photoshop_12_LS1.dmg." Safari downloaded this disk image today at 11.24 from help.adobe.com.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks

Steve

Hi Jeff,

Thank you very much, this has worked.  I got stuck at first as thought I was meant to drag and drop into the utilities function, but once I opened and dragged into the actual program it worked!

Much appreciated.
