If you’re talking about TCS5, it’s fine to have prior versions of TCS installed too – the only exception is Acrobat – it doesn’t play nice with multiple versions of itself. I would uninstall it first…

What about having pop ups allowed for your site? How about adding the help as a “Trusted Location” in IE11?
