When I create a pdf of my survey it doesn't attach the picture to the report even though it was attached. How do I get the picture into the PDF of the survey results?

I want my survey takers to attach a picture, but when they attach a picture I'm unable to get the picture to download into the PDF of the responses. How do I get the pic to appear with the survey…
