Hi Bill, thanks again for the ideas, I have disabled the Anti-Virus and disabled all non-essential services and get the same result installing manually from the full update file I downloaded.

Thank you Lynn for the idea, I did try that and it worked sometimes. I've concluded that the Word document has XML errors in it and it has to be reworked from a fresh file.
