I can not scale an object in my new update with Illustrator CC fro 6 October? what is wrong?

I have tried to made several rectangle and other object , which I want to scale. But Illustrater wan't scale?? what is wrong???

Sorry, - but I have the new Mac 10.9.5 and Mavrick, so that is not the problem! I just find out that my bounding box was not "on". So now the problem is solved

Regarding to second error I was about to change hyperlinks, default link style, when this happened. I have closed Muse. And I will open it again later to work on a file...
