PSE 13 installed but just keeps asking me to sign in and agree to terms of use in a neverending loop
I just purchased PSE 13 and have installed it successfully on a machine that had no photoshop elements installed in the past. When I try to open it, it makes me log in to adobe and agree to the terms…
