i think perhaps the profile was corrupt because once I ran it a second time to recreate the profile it then allowed me to edit them. It was PS never opening

it is a pain there is contact numbers and i did manage to ring them, number is hidden on the support page....right at the bottom

spoke to soon...it worked for 2 images only as soon as i did any changed in Lightroom it stopped working and am now back to where I started!

that doesn't always work, I have a mac and no matter how many times I install, uninstall and reinstall it doesn't work...
