The following style conventions are used throughout this manual for easier viewing.
Access to a particular menu item within a sub-menu is shown with a forward arrow ">" as follows:
For example: to access the Calender menu within the Leave sub-menu in the main menu Time and Attendance is shown as Time and Attendance > Leave> Calendar
TimeTEQ can be accessed using a touch screen or regular keyboard and screen. Therefore:
"Press" or "click" refers to a mouse click to select a button or the touch screen to press a button.
"Select this field" refers to a mouse click or a touch in the touch screen to select a checkbox.
"Uncheck" refers to a mouse click or a touch in the touch screen to deselect a checkbox.
"Type" refers to enter data using a physical keyboard or the touch screen keyboard.
