Conventions Used in this Guide

The following style conventions are used throughout this manual for easier viewing.

 

  1. Access to a particular menu item within a sub-menu is shown with a forward arrow ">" as follows:

For example: to access the Calender menu within the Leave sub-menu in the main menu Time and Attendance is shown as Time and Attendance > Leave> Calendar

  1. TimeTEQ can be accessed using a touch screen or regular keyboard and screen. Therefore:

Warning Message

A message warning the user of something that would impact the system or that would display an error message.

Indicated in red font with the icon

A tip is useful hint or a suggestion to the user.
