officeBrah May 8, 2012 1:05 AM (in response to DandyDahlia)To export, you'll need to run a customer report which you can do in v2 via Reports > Custom Reports. Once exported, you'll need to rearrange the columns to match the Contact Import list template. Bit of a pain. Regarding your second question, you don’t have to specify a password – if the field is blank it will not be updated. For the username field on the other hand, it appears that it will be updated even if the field is left blank in the import list though.

Kind of like products where it's super simple and easy and you don't need to mess with rearranging columns and ruining data?
I've tried the custom report but it's too dangerous as one wrong column or one wrong line ruins everything.
Is BC still listening to customer requests? The last system update I found on the blog was in May 2013...
