JavaScript to check launching Domain URL, close document if no match

I am using Acrobat Pro X. Can a regular PDF document (not a form) be scripted using the Acrobat script editor to check on opening if the document was launched from a specific URL, and if the URL string does not match, close the document?

I've been searching online, reading the JS scripting and language reference but cannot find anything like this.

Can JS only be used in certain types of PDF documents?

If this scripting is possible, please share  an example script,  variables, event to use, how to trigger it at the document level.

      Any help appreciated.
