Forum "Preferences" stuck on wrong time zone

The forum "Preferences" are stuck on wrong time zone for my account, and any attempt to save the correct time zone (Pacific) results in an error message in the Preferences page, and it jumps back to Mountain Time, regardless of what other time zone I attempt to save, including in Europe and Asia.

Tried several browsers, including Safari and Firefox on the Mac.

Not a biggie, but a bit disconcerting.

Another Adobe forums account—courtesy of third party—on the same machine shows the correct time. My account, station_two shows all posts one hour ahead.
