Is there a way to supplement the download with the box?

Having successfully claimed, downloaded and installed the complimentary Photoshop 13 ("CS6") for having bought Photoshop 12.x in April, is there a way to obtain the install DVD in the box for CS6 at a nominal or at least reasonable cost?

During the claim processing as per the email instructions, it was impossible to change from "Download" to "Ship the box to me" without the price jumping from $0.00 to something like $195 for requesting the box.

Just wondering if anyone has managed to get the box at a nominal charge from Adobe.

Obviously, I've burned the download to disc already; it's just that this would be the first version of Photoshop for which I don't have the box since I started with Photoshop version 5 some ten years ago years ago and have upgraded through the years, only skipping Photoshop 6.x, as I went from 5.x to 7.x.

I can't answer your question, but I was wondering the same thing and would be interested to hear a response to this as well.

If it is listed under your account as a registered product you can order a replacement DVD for the Prepetual version of Creative Suite 6.

Thank you. It's just the point application, Photoshop 13, not the suite.

I'll try contacting customer service.
