What should I use metadata field to place an ISBN to an ebook in PDF format?

Hi Silvia - there is no dedicated location for ISBN information in a PDF. How it is stored will depend upon the tools you are using to read it. You could create custom metadata to hold the ISBN value but it isn''t searchable through the Advanced Search tool in Reader.

You may want to consider placing the ISBN in the PDF's Keywords field.
