chande a k May 19, 2012 6:01 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Hi Jeff.... no question of extending trial version... It is 30 days trial version. After downloading I immediately installed it, and tried once not even for a day hardly 5 hours past and I am getting message that My Trial verstion has expired. I am unable to try it anymore. Can I just unistall and re-install will this not work ?... I have only one PC.. My another computer is Mac

Jeff A Wright May 21, 2012 9:05 AM (in response to chande a k)No reinstalling will not give you another 30 days. The behavior you described can happen for a variety of reasons including but not limited too, changing date & time settings, security software, use of registry cleaners, or anything which is detected as changes to your system environment.
I would recommend trying the trial on your Macintosh, as long as it meets the system requirements, the UI is identical on both Mac and Windows.

chande a k May 21, 2012 10:01 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)- Hi jeff... Thank you for your guidance....." reinstalling will not give you another 30 days." I was not asking for another 30 days of trial.. just after downloading completed.. it was installed in the system.. I provided my Adobe ID..It was working
- perfectly. since it took whole night to download the trial software. I just closed my PC., and after about 5 hours tried to Run the premiere and it was not running... Anyhow I dont know what went wrong, where it went wrong. but I am surprised since yesterday afternoon it is running smoothly., and showing 27 days of trial remaining..
