Cannot Connect — Administraion/ IP Problem???

My client is suddenly having trouble connecting to a website using Contribute. They are getting the following erroe message:

The files at https://hostingmail.earthlink.net/hwebmail/services/go.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftaylorharris.c om%2Fhttp://taylorharris.com/ appear to have been recently moved from another location because the website's administrative settings are accessed with the following addresses only:
      https://hostingmail.earthlink.net/hwebmail/services/go.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdomainid203379 .com%2Fhttp://domainid203379.com/
      https://hostingmail.earthlink.net/hwebmail/services/go.php?url=http%3A%2F%2F65.110.89.58%2 Fhttp://

To continue connecting to your website you must report or remove its administrative settings.

The files have not been moved, but the site is also edited by people at two other locations, but they do not use Contribute — they access the site directly through DreamWeaver.

What does the error message mean? How can we re-establish the connection?

If the IP address or the server name got changed this error message will appear.

These values are stored in the cthub file in the server under _mm folder, when there is a mismatch this error message will be thrown.

          1) You have to go ahead and remove the administration settings and re-administer all the settings back.

          2) FTP to your server and manually change the older ip address value to new one in the cthub***.csi under _mm folder inside your website folder.
