Check your terminology.
"4 pages and double sided" can mean two thing -- funny enough, neither adds up to 16 ...
It can mean you have 4 pages coming out of your double-sided printer, which may mean there are 8 pages in total,
it can mean you have 4 pages of content, which would be 2 printed pages coming out of the printer.
With that out of the way: you don't have to worry about requiring a "special setup" in InDesign for double-sided printing. InDesign does not care, and neither should you.
