When I try to authorize my e-Reader (Kobo) for ADE, I keep getting the error message that I have activated too many devices. We only have two Kobos one of which has already been authorized/activated for ADE. I belive the only way to get around the problem is for Adobe to reset my ADE license. Can some one pl help. Thanks

Adobe's technical support function is the only group that can reset your

authorizations. You'll have to get in touch with them, either by chat or

phone. Many of those techs will tell you that they don't support ADE

because it's a free program. Be persistent!
