      Simply typing PSR.exe in the Start menu can be tremedously beneficial to document what you have done, how it can be replicated on another machine and is easy to transfer to others that try to help you. Of course adding Teamviewer to your arsenal is another big step in getting help.


      MAC users are excluded. Well, they have Apple to support them.
