Does anyone have a RoboHelp Office 2002 r2 CD?

Hello all,

I don't know if anyone can help --- quick explanation:

My company's RoboHelp Office 2002 r2 CD has been lost (through no fault of my own). I would very much like to upgrade my operating system but should not do so without being able to re-install RoboHelp.

I called Adobe customer support to find out if they could send me a copy and they are telling me that my license number (RHO22-50TWQ7EH) is "invalid"!

Does anyone have a copy of this release that they would be willing to part with for a reasonable price?

Thanks in advance!

Sara

Thank you Peter,

Sorry for the delay, I've been swamped.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will definitely check into that. There may have been some miscommunication there.

Thanks again for your help,

Sara D.

Welcome to the forum.

Check that they mean the number is invalid because it is incorrect rather than because the version is not eligible for an upgrade. All versions are eligible for the upgrade but there have been some misunderstandings over that.
