Caveat... these instructions apply to Mac OS X (if you're on windows maybe someone else will pop in to help)
Well, first you have to own the fonts! Second you need to find where abouts they reside on your hard drive and third you have to place them into any one of the myriad of the OS X font folders.
For any recent version of InDesign, just create a folder called "Document Fonts" *IN THE FOLDER where you saved that document.
The fonts in that "Document Fonts" folder will only be accessible for that particular document. Quite useful for one-offs.
