Omke Oudeman May 27, 2012 3:36 AM (in response to margieannejulie)In my home folder, Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP I don't have metadata templates, but a folder named Custom File Info Panels, which brings to 2 folders, called 1.0 and 3.0.
The library you are looking in is not your user library but your system library on root level. You should leave the files there untouched.
The problem with OSX Lion seems that some bright minds thought it would be wise to hide the user library by default.

or do a Google search on access user library MacOSX Lion and choose the one option that suites you the most.
In the user library/ Application Support/ Adobe/ XMP/ you find the templates you need or the location to copy your old templates to
