Please use the below link in order to uninstall and reinstall flash player completely from your windows 7 64 bit system.
This link contains flash player uninstaller in both flavor 32 bit or 64 bit. Please use all steps carefully. Also make sure you should have administrator privilege before using flash player uninstaller.
Done, but nothing changed. I closed the browsers, ran the uninstaller (as administrator), deleted the 32-bit and 64-bit installation folders, deleted the app data folders, rebooted the system, and verified the uninstall. I then reinstalled both the PlugIn and ActiveX components (64-bit) as administrator. The installers appeared to execute normally (progress bars from 0 to 100% with no errors, followed by a "DONE" button). That accomplished, when I now check the status of the Flashplayer it still acts as if it is uninstalled (no video playback, no box to display the current installed version, etc.). I see the same results in both Firefox and IE. In IE, ActiveX Filtering is off and the Flashplayer add-on (version 220.127.116.11) is enabled.
Can you try a clean install, as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315 ?
If that does not help, please list all files you have in
also list the contents of the FlashInstall.log files from both above folders.
