Based on your post, one wonders what the heck you are talking about...

Was it on the 20th that this happened?
If so, it means that you live somewhere on the path shown on the map at this site:
No, wait, I know this one...
That you created an image of an ellipse and you posted it to the forum.
Are you referring to "ellipsis" -- three dots at the end of some text or between text characters? In general an ellipsis indicates omitted text characters. In the forum file upload panel if there is not room to display a full file name the name will be truncated and displayed part of the name will end with an ellipsis -- for example "abc1234..." instead of the longer complete name "abc12345.jpg". In this use, an ellipsis (three dots) indicates omitted file name components. You can see more of a long file name here by widening the Name field: moving its border (between Name and Size).
This really is not the place to do your homework.
Is this a total ellipse, or a partial ellipse? The former only comes around every 100 years or so. If you are producing them with Photoshop, you should wear at least two pairs of sunglasses when viewing your screen.
This poster is just a spammer who serially posts nonsensical posts to drive traffic to a beautician's website through the link on his/her profile page.
Thanks for the heads up Station, but I can't say that I was curious enough to check his/her profile out. The irony is, now you have told me about it, I am actually tempted. The OP was just a minor irritation when (s)he was here the first time, but it’s now time for the moderators to step in methinks.
