Omke Oudeman May 29, 2012 2:49 PM (in response to margieannejulie)Open at login is not checked
The open at log in pref is more trouble then benefit. As Curt often stated problems on Windows, for Mac it is not causing many troubles but it can be a bit bothersome. I never start with the option checked because by default that keeps Bridge hidden at start up. However having it set manual in the user account options at system prefs it still (for many versions now) decide out of the blue to act like default and starts as hidden or even deselects the option completely.
If you don't want it anymore just go to your system preferences (by default in the Dock, other wise in the application folder) and under the section System choose the icon for accounts and the tab for log in. Inhere select Bridge and use the minus to remove it from the list.

margieannejulie May 30, 2012 1:17 PM (in response to Omke Oudeman)That's tricky because in log in items it's just not there. PS is there, but not B. Should I add it so I can select it? Anyway, now I know it is Apple business so I"ll call them.
