    dxr's with Projector

    Leo
If I use update on my movies and then try to make a projector - the movies don't show up in the dir listto Add. I can't find how to make the projector with dxr's or should I just make a stub?

          Hi Leo,

DXRs are protected versions of your Director movies. The advantage to
including movies in a projector is that these additional movies are
protected. You don't really need to protect a protected movie.

You should always use a stub projector. There are many advantages, and
          no disadvantages.

Will the stub run protected movies? Sorry for the seemingly naive' questions but I've been away from this app for years. I'm not a professional multimedia guy (I'm an eye surgeon and the research director) but since I did the last CD for the company ... :P

Yes it will. But before protecting your movies/casts, always make sure you
have a backup, and not only the one Director offers to make for you.
