I need your help to choose an Adobe product.
I need a product that I create an electronic form as a purchase order and when necessary, open the source file, fill the fields and saved in electronic format with the fields filled. What Adobe product does that?
I do not need a product to the customer, is for internal company use.

With FormsCentral, you can design a form, fill it out, and the submission data will be stored on our service, with your form, in the response table (in electronic format).

FormsCentral can be used to create HTML/web forms, and PDF forms (with a paid account). The PDF form can be filled in offline, saved to disk, and then you can submit when you have internet access. You do need internet access to view all the submitted forms in the response table.
