The crash details are only of interest to people like the RoboHelp developers.
You are not on the latest patch so that is a first, even though I don't think that is the problem.
Where are the projects stored on your local drive? If it is within My RoboHelp Projects that is within your user profile and does occasionally cause issues. Try C:\RoboHelp Projects.
Have you tried deleting the CPD files in each project and then reopening the projects?
Have you tried creating new layouts? Right click in the SSL pod. Don't use Duplicate.
Also try Tools > Update DHTML, although I doubt that is the issue.

Thanks for your response Peter.
I downloaded the latest patch and tried all of your suggestions but to no avail.
Do you have any further ideas?
I wanted to let everyone know that I found a solution to my problem. I worked with Adobe Support and they configured RoboHelp 9 to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP. I no longer receive any errors when I change the properties for a single source layout and the application works like a charm. Kudos to Adobe Support!
I agree Peter, it is a bit of a hack and shouldn't really be necessary but in lieu of a better solution I will take it.
