Hi community.

I can't install Adobe AIR 3.2.0.2070. I'm getting the error:

"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."

  1.     I'm the administrator of the computer.
  2.     I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2.
  3.     I've tried the right-click-run-as-administrator solution and I'm getting the same error.
  4.     I've read Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows and none of the solutions worked.
  5.     I'm installing the latest AIR version (I've tried older versions too)

Here is my install log:

Sorry for the delay, Microsoft has released a utility that can help resolve installation problems.  Would you mind giving this a try and let us know how it works for you?  When running the Fix it, go through the uninstall process and try to remove Adobe AIR from your system.  Once finished, download the latest version of AIR and install again.

Microsoft Install and Uninstall Fix It

Thanks,

Chris
