      How do I upload my logo onto a form?

          Hi,

           

          To insert your logo in the form header, follow these steps:

           

          1. Click "Click to add header..." at the top of the page to add a form header

          2. Click the first drop-down menu in the property panel (shown below) then select either "Image Only" or "Text & Image"

          3. In the Insert Image dialog, click the "Browse" button to select an image to upload

          To insert your logo in the body of the form, follow these steps:

           

          1. In the Add Item palette, click the Image item (highlighted in red below)

          2. In the Insert Image dialog, click the "Browse" button to select an image to upload

            Also, you can double-click on an existing image to upload a new file.
