Jerkenhag Jun 9, 2012 1:01 PM (in response to Manish-Sharma)I managed the first two steps and the third was, as far as I understood, only important if step two failed so I jumped to step four and that didn't seem to be any solution to my problem. I can log on to my account and come to the step where I am about to enter the serial but it doesen't work and I don't know if I shouldn't use the same as I did to activate Creative Cloud or what I am doing wrong.

Also , the serial number are affliated with your Adobe ID in creative cloud so there is no need to enter your serial number , putting your Adobe ID will automatically pick the serial number.

Jerkenhag Jun 9, 2012 4:22 PM (in response to Manish-Sharma)So, I did all four steps now, deleted every "activate.*different texts*.adobe.com" and checked the certrificate and tried to activate it again and once I got a message that I didn't have any internet connection although I am 100% sure I had it so I tried again and then the same message again that the Serial is wrong. And as you mention I shouldn't be needed to even write any serial in must be some mistake since I re-downloaded the whole application manager and relogged my account but still I have to write a serial in and get the same message. What can I do to fix it?
