I'm testing out Photoshop CS6 to see if there's much a difference between CS5, and i'm noticing that there's no Recovery mode in Camera RAW for my file, they seemed to have changed Camera RAW a lot. Is there no Recovery setting anymore? I have been using this since CameraRAW essentials, which Adobe ended up purchasing so i had to use Camera RAW.
Hello, in the new 2012 process version, recovery is not needed anymore.
You could get it back if you change the process version to 2010, in the beforelast tab of ACR. (but learning about the new process is better!

The short answer is that you can use the Highlights slider to recover highlights. Highlight recovery is not gone, it's been rearranged with the rest of the controls.
