where download flash builder 4.5?

I need Flash Builder 4.5 for Windows, is it still available somewhere, on some archive page maybe?

Flash Builder 4.6 is not available on Adobe website to download as it keeps only latest version there.

Is there a specific reason that require FB 4.5?

Yes, Adobe recommends using 4.5 when building CS extensions. Design view doesn't work in 4.6.
