Hey guys, I'm having a problem when I start After Effects. When I open it, a pop up occurs which says, After Effects warning there are multiple copies of plug-in effect "3D camera tracker" on your drive. to avoid problems, quit After Effects and move or delete the older or unneeded version(s). And when I click enter, the same message pops up telling me about another plug-in that neeeds to be moved or deleted. Where can I find these copies of the plug-ins that it's talking about? By the way I am using Adobe's Creative Cloud and running the programs on Mac OS X.
Applications:Adobe After Effects CS6:Support Files: Plug-Ins
Yeah I appreciate the help man but that didn't work for me. The same message pops up.
Any chance you accidentally create an alias pointing to the folder, but that alias being inside the AE application folder? This would cuase a cyclic loading loop and may also explain the issue. also check your Users:You:Preferences:Adobe:After Effects folder. There is a plug-in loading log file that may reveal the exact duplicate location.
