    Page tool

The new page tool in CS 6 just shows an outline of the page with edge and corner nodes for previewing liquid layout behavior. Is there a way to get the old (CS 5) highlighting of the selected page back? I found that very helpful and I miss it.

I don't believe that this is possible, but I will ask around.

I would assume that the full-page highlighting was removed so that pages could be previewed as close as possible to their actual output. The functionality of the page tool has changed significantly since CS5/5.5, and is now used to change not only page size but also to preview different screen sizes.

          EDIT: grammar and clarity

The major change is that it’s used to select object for setting liquid layout rules.
