    "Account with the same email already exists" but can't retrieve/reset password.


      When BC first came out a while ago, I remember opening up a trial account. But now, as a full fledge subscriber of the Creative Cloud, it tells me that an account with the same email address already exists but my email is not recognized when I go to reset the password.  I need to reconcile this. Thanks.
