Hi

How do we configure an email endpoint for an inbox having exchange protocol and not IMAP or POP3.

We need to monitor the inbox and catch the undeliverable emails filtering them based on the subject.

We have to use email endpoint or receive mail component which has only imap or pop3 settings in them.

Please let us know how can we do this for a exchange protocol, without imap or pop3.

You can enable POP3 on an Exchange Server. See the documentation here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124934

Later you can configure your email endpoint to receive emails from the Exchange

Server.

Documentation for email endpoint settings:

Hope this helps.

I do not have an option of Microsoft exchange POP3 in my services console(which is mentioned in doc1 as you suggested), cause its disabled in our network.IMAP and POP3 features are not supported in our exchange environment as those are legacy protocols.

We have EWS (Exchange Web Service) to access the mailbox.

Is there anyother way of scanning/monitoring the inbox?

Thanks for the help.
