I created this movie for this client and their web developer
came back with the following and I am not sure what he wants...
. The new file has been posted to the site.
2. The reason the file is not working properly in Firefox is
due to a conflict with the following file:
http://www.coldwellbankertoday.com/Ajax/DHTML/js/dhtmlxcommon.js
We use the file above for the AJAX code seen in the city
field select box. When I take out the reference to this file, the
video displays fine in Firefox:
http://www.coldwellbankertoday.com/default-flash.asp
But you will notice the City field is not appearing in the quick
search.
http://www.coldwellbankertoday.com
this is with the Ajax on the page.
Moving forward we have two options:
a) I can use a simple drop down field for the City field (or
make it a simple text box) and eliminate the current AJAX
functionality so long as the video is displayed on the homepage.
b) Hugo can reference the file above and see if he can easily
identify the conflict and correct it on his end and send me a new
file. I was not able to see where the issue resides but suspect it
may be a naming convention thing on a common function, etc.
I am not doing anything special I am just placing the player
in the window and setting up the skin and thats it.
Let me know if anything else is needed.
Thanks,
INVT
