If you want it to appear in the Mesh Preset menu you need to copy the CS5_soda.dae here:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Presets\Meshes
On the Mac Applications | Adobe | Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit) | Presets | Meshes
When you add it will be here in the 3D menu > New Mesh from layer > Mesh Preset >

If you don't want to use the CS5 mesh preset, you can work with the diffuse texture map.
You'll want to open the texture map for edit and then orient your label text to fit on the right half. You'll also want to rotate the text 90º clockwise, if you want it to be horizontal on the can. Here's an example of how to set things up for an almost full can wrap:
