FormsCentral can create a PDF form, that you can distribute to your users, and they can save after they have filled it in. This feature is only available to paid users.
We currently do not support the ability for you, the form author, to save a form submission as a PDF that looks like the form. We'll be looking at adding that in an upcoming release.
We are a paid user, and we have a form already created, how do we distribute this form to our users and receive it back as a pdf that looks like the forms we've designed. Again ours is an application form so we really need to have the form looking like a proper form not just responses in a table.
Any advice you can give as quick as you can give it would be greatly appreciated.
We now support saving a response from the View Responses tab to PDF (that retains the form design shown on the Design tab). The PDF can be shared, archived or printed using Adobe Reader.
You can read more about it here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1085672
Please try it out and give us your feedback.
Is there thought to make it possible to take, say three responses, and save them as a pdf that looks like the original form? This would be EXTREMELY helpful as I currently have to download to excel, export to a mail merge doc and then have to manually cut and paste the responses together. (Or perhaps there is a better way currently?) Thanks!
