    Connection problems

We have a number of clients who have run contribute sucessfully for many years, but have one who keeps getting connection problems - users can download files, and edit them, but not upload them again. They are running a network behind routers/servers etc and we keep advising them that a firewall is blocking the ftp access. However, their IT guy can set up a command line ftp connection and transfer files, set up directories etc so has now come back to us - is there something different between a command line ftp connection and the way Contribute sets one up?

Can anyone recommend any tests we can ask them to run to help diagnose and solce this issue? Our service provider doesn't support active ftp, but we have loads of other clients using the package with no trouble at all - including one burried in the depths of the NHS!

      Does anyone have any suggestions?

      Many thanks
